At WagWilde, we’re committed to bringing joy to your pets and satisfaction to you. To ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience, please review our store policies outlined below.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation and a shipping notification with tracking details once dispatched.

2. Payment Methods

We accept secure payments via:

  • Major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

3. Shipping Policy (USA Only)

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days.

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50.

  • A flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies to orders under $50.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout (charges vary by location).

4. Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us! If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Eligibility:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened pet food, treats, or grooming items

  • Personalized or clearance items

  • Health & hygiene products

Return Process:

  1. Email us at wagwilde@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Product Availability & Pricing

  • All prices are shown in USD.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing or availability at any time.

  • In the event of an out-of-stock item, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or replacement.
