4. Returns & Refunds

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Non-returnable items:

We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
